Lori has worked in the field of occupational health since 1987 as a sales and operations director for multiple health centers. In 2002, she opened a Third Party Administrator of drug testing programs until 2017 which served over 1,500 businesses consisting of manufacturers and transportation companies in 48 states. She currently serves as an expert witness in unemployement hearings and litigation cases. Lori is an expert on drug and alcohol testing, The Drug Free Workplace as well as the Department of Transportation (DOT) which include controlled substance guidelines. She has authored hundreds of drug and alcohol policies for both DOT and non-DOT industries. As the owner of Allied Safety Consultants, Lori provides customized substance abuse policy development as well as Reasonable Suspicion Training certification for supervisors. She has been providing Reasonable Suspicion Training certifcations for over 25 years to thousands of supervisors from hundreds of companies nationwide. Lori is the Past President of the Transportation Club of Detroit and a current active member, Past President of the Michigan Trucking Association Safety Council and Board Member for over 25 years.

Matthew RadlerMatthew Radler

Matthew is a labor and employment attorney who focuses his practice on wage and hour matters and assists in litigating noncompete, trade secret and employment dispute matters. He counsels clients through various stages of pretrial litigation on employment discrimination, retaliation, and whistleblower cases, including settlement, pleadings, discovery, and summary judgment. Matt assists in litigating individual plaintiff and collective action wage and hour disputes under federal and state laws. The 2021 Reasonable Suspicion Drug and Alcohol Supervisor Training will adhere to all applicable safety guidelines including limitations on in-person registration, social distancing and enhanced sanitization.

Attendees are asked to observe safety protocols. In accordance with the MDHHS Emergency Order issued 5/14/21, individuals are required to wear a face mask unless they are fully vaccinated or otherwise exempted from the state face mask requirement.
